re888 Questions — Full List

The re888 VIP rebate is a weekly reward paid back to players based on the total amount they wagered that week. The rebate rate varies from Bronze to Diamond depending on your VIP level. The rebate is calculated at the end of each week and added to your account, so the more you play in a week, the more you get back.

The re888 VIP programme has 5 levels. Bronze — up to 0.2% per week, Silver — up to 0.5%, Gold — up to 0.7%, Platinum — up to 1.0%, Diamond — up to 1.2% rebate. The higher the level, the higher the rebate rate, so once you reach Diamond you can earn the most rebate in a week.

To move up VIP levels, you need to keep playing regularly on re888 and maintain a high valid bet amount. The more you play, the better your chances of levelling up. Bets from all three game types — Casino, Sports, and Slots — are combined when calculating your level, so no matter which game you prefer, you can still benefit.

Diamond is the highest level in re888 VIP and earns up to 1.2% rebate per week. On top of that, high-level VIP players receive priority customer service, special offers, and faster access to 24/7 support from re888. Work your way up level by level and aim for Diamond.

Yes. re888's local games — including Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D, and others — work well on both Android and iOS through your mobile browser. There's no separate app to download; just open the website, log in, and start playing right away. The responsive design fits any screen size, so mobile play is comfortable.

Shan Koe Mee is a traditional Myanmar card game played with 3 cards. The player whose card total is closest to 30 wins. Shan (3 cards totalling exactly 30) is the highest hand, and because the card count does not go higher than that, the game is straightforward to understand. Read the re888 Casino game guide and try a few rounds to get the hang of it quickly.

The results of 3D lottery games on re888 are generated by a luck-based Random Number Generator (RNG), and no one can predict them in advance. Every result is fair thanks to software verification, so players can play with confidence. Any claims that there is a way to predict results in advance are false — avoid trusting promotions of that kind.

2D lottery is a game where you pick a 2-digit number and check whether it matches the result. Most results are determined solely by RNG technology and are independent of numbers that have come out before, so no pattern can be reliably relied upon. re888 recommends that players who play 2D manage their budget, play for fun, and not feel obligated to keep playing just because one draw did not go their way.

If your connection drops, the re888 server saves the last state of your game, so you can continue where you left off once you reconnect. In Live Casino games, if the betting window closes while you are disconnected, that round may be missed, so play from a location with a stable signal. If you think you have lost money due to a disconnection, contact support immediately.

The re888 website is designed to work well in a mobile browser and runs smoothly on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. You can play without downloading a separate app, games load quickly, and it works on both Wi-Fi and mobile data. There is no noticeable difference in the playing experience between the browser and an app.

Android Chrome: open re888.im, tap the menu icon (3 dots on the right) → "Add to Home screen" to add a shortcut. iPhone Safari: tap the share icon (bottom bar) → "Add to Home Screen". This lets you open re888 from your home screen with one tap, just like an app, and jump straight back into your game with your saved login.

Clearing your browser cache can fix slow page loading. Chrome Android — Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → Cached images and files → Clear data. Safari iPhone — Settings app → Safari → Clear History and Website Data. After clearing the cache, reload the site. If it is still slow, please contact support.

re888 runs smoothly on phones with Android 8.0 or above or iOS 13 or above. Make sure your browser is up to date. All popular phones in Myanmar — Samsung Galaxy, Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi, iPhone and others — work fine. On phones with 2GB RAM or more, even live casino games run without any issues.

re888 supports three payment methods widely used in Myanmar — KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay. Both deposits and withdrawals are handled through these three methods only. After making a transfer, take a screenshot as proof and confirm with support. Decide which channel you want to use before depositing and stick with it consistently.

To deposit with Wave Money, log in to re888 and select Wave Money from the Deposit form. Your screen will show re888's Wave Money number — transfer the money to that number from the Wave app. Once the transfer is done, take a screenshot and send it to re888 support. After verification, the funds will be credited to your account. Enter the transfer amount correctly to speed up the process.

re888 does not charge any transaction fees or hidden fees on deposits. You may only incur fees charged by KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay themselves (if any) — those are not charges by re888. Double-check the amount before making your transfer.

The minimum deposit is 3,000 Ks for KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay. For withdrawals, the minimum is 20,000 Ks and funds normally arrive within 1 hour. If it is your very first deposit, you can also claim a 100% Welcome Bonus of up to 500,000 Ks.

An accumulator (parlay) is a bet where you combine 2 or more matches into a single wager. Every match must be correct to win — if even one is wrong, you lose the staked amount. The risk is higher but the payout is greater. On re888 you can add matches up until just before kick-off. If you want to get comfortable with accumulators, build experience with single bets first before trying a parlay.

Odds show how much you can win per 1 Ks staked. In Asian Handicap betting, a handicap is applied to level the playing field. For example, if Team A must win by more than 1 goal, it will be shown as Team A ↘ -1. On re888, the odds display screen includes a clear explanation, and Decimal format (e.g. 1.92) makes it easier to understand.

Once a match ends, re888's server verifies the official result and settles bets almost instantly, crediting winnings to your account. If a match is cancelled, your stake for that match is refunded. If a match is suspended mid-game, it is handled according to re888's rules, which you can find on the game rules page.

Yes. re888 Sports covers international football including EPL (English Premier League), MNL (Myanmar National League), UEFA Champions League and FIFA World Cup qualifiers. MNL matches are popular among Myanmar players — back your favourite team and place your bets. All available matches are listed in the sports lobby.

Live Betting (In-Play Betting) means you can place bets on re888 in real time while a match is in progress. The odds change live based on what is happening in the match, and they shift noticeably after a goal is scored, so you need to make quick decisions. Live Betting is a popular feature among players and is available in the live section of re888 Sports.
